  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website or contacting us through telephone, email or letter.
  • We may record when and how you have contact us including your ip address, phone number and address information as appropriate
  • We record customer orders, invoices and payments when you order products or services with us and retain your contact information at that point
  • We collect anonymous non-personal statistical information on this website which is processed by Google Analytics to give us better understanding of how our website is being used.

Account log in information, passwords etc:

  • Where we have provided you with login information we may record this information in order to provide you with customer service in the future
  • Where you have provided us with login information in order to assist you, we may record that information for future customer service use where appropriate.

Where we store your personal data

  • The personal data that we collect from you will be stored primarily offline but not excluding on our servers inside the European Economic Area (EEA).
  • We may store your name and email information within our Customer Newsletter system. You have the ability to unsubscribe from this each time you receive a newsletter however you won’t then receive service information from us. This won’t effect billing which is dealt with separately.
  • By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.
  • We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Disclosure of your information

  • We may disclose your personal information to our hosting providers where this is necessary to provide you with customer service
  • We may have a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Access to information

The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
